Ltd., Korea which runs and operates the mobile app “True Balance”- a one-stop destination for financial services.” Founded by Charlie Lee in Korea in 2014, Balancehero started its operations in India in the year 2016. It started off as a balance check application and the company has expanded its business model to financial services. The company aims to build a financial platform for the next billion which set the context for loans, utility services, pay later services, and commerce services. The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary True Credits Private Limited, is a licensed NBFC that aims to bridge the financial gap in India by making Finance available for all. True Credits lends through the True Balance mobile application.
Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist
Google Ads Manager
- Professional experience in running advertising campaigns in Google Ads (UAC, TROAS etc)
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics advertising tools
- Analyse and optimise ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
- Good knowledge of trends in online marketing
- Ability to create effective advertising strategies
- Analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions based on data insights
- Creativity and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and diligence in task execution
- Willingness to continuously improve and upgrade skills
- Self starter attitude and performance oriented individual
- Focus on result
- Should be able to use tools like Apps flyer for campaign performance
Partnership & Alliances
- Develop and build new strategic partnerships with marketplaces , In-app , OEM , Aggregators, SMS channels for growing a new user base.
- Negotiating deals with vendors, clients, banks and NBFC.
- Plan/execute alliances strategies.
- This role will be responsible for generating leads for top funnel improvement
Required Experience:
- Creating, monitoring, and optimising advertising campaigns in Google Ads based on monthly , weekly targets of the channel
- Analysing campaign effectiveness and adjusting advertising strategies
- Researching competition and trends in the advertising industry
- Preparing campaign results reports and recommending actions
- Collaborating with graphic and creative teams to prepare advertising materials
- Testing new advertising formats and Google Ads tools
- Conducting keyword analysis and recommending optimizations
- Coordinating team activities to achieve campaign goals
- Due diligence and legal documentation tasks to be managed with cross functional teams.
