Job Description: Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Success Factors consultant with strong expertise in the Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting these modules in global environments and will work securely through a VDI setup. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Success Factors , with at least 3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management)3+ years in RMK (Recruiting Marketing)2+ years in ONB (Onboarding) Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices. Experience working in remote/VDI-based environments . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP Success Factors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB is preferred Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Success Factors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules. Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities. Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows . Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions. Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies. Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while working on a VDI-based remote setup .
