SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our team. This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to drive transformative SAP SuccessFactors programs for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality implementation of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, providing AMS support as needed
  • Liaise with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status
  • Travel onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary
Requirements:
  • ~15+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 7+ years in SuccessFactors implementation & consulting
  • Strong experience in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications
  • Extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments
