About the role.
Bangalore Watch Company™ is an Indian luxury watch brand. As a Brand Associate - Operations your goal is to work as part of our technical operations team to ensure that our eCommerce channels are up-to-date with availability information, all production projects are on track, oversee customer shipping operations, and ensure that service turnaround times are met 100% of the time.
If you are a multitasker, and quick learner, with excellent attention to detail, and see a career in the luxury industry in operations roles, this may be a great starting point for you.
Responsibilities:
Production Project Mangement (50%)
Prepare a production project plan for all collections based on quarterly demand forecast
Coordinate with vendors and supply partners to ensure production deadlines are met
Participate in product launch, capacity planning meetings
Shipping Operations (40%)
Coordinate shipping and logistics of luxury watches to domestic and international clients.
Ensure shipments are prepared securely, adhere to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics partners to schedule, track, and resolve issues
Maintain detailed records bills of entry, shipping bills, manifests, airway bills, and eWay bills.
Verify the condition and accuracy of outgoing shipments.
Collaborate with the customer service team and provide shipping updates
eCommerce Merchandising (10%)
Keep eCommerce inventories up to date
Work with Customer Operations for quarterly sales planning
Keep product prices, and SKU additions, retirements up to date
Preferred skills/experience:
1-2 years of working experience in retail Back of House, or eCommerce Fulfilment
Excellent Computer proficiency – MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
Experience managing vendors.
Minimal experience in production planning, or project management.
Written and Spoken English, and Hindi would be preferred.
