We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Semi Voice Process team. This role involves 70% non-voice (back-end operations, email/chat support, data handling) and 30% voice (customer interaction over calls). The candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts and be eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat, email, and voice support.
  • Provide accurate and timely information/solutions to customers.
  • Document and maintain customer interaction records.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet process targets and SLAs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers are welcome (any graduate/undergraduate with good communication skills).
  • Male candidates preferred (due to rotational shift requirements).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet navigation).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Quick learner, positive attitude, and good team player.
