We are hiring an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage large-scale call centre/BPO operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of BPO experience, with a minimum of 45 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations across voice, non-voice, inbound/outbound, and back-office processes, driving SLA adherence, mentoring teams, handling client interactions, managing escalations, and leading process optimization initiatives. This is a full-time role for immediate joiners only.
