Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Relationship Management Executive role at LEAD Dial Private Limited. As a Customer Relationship Management Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing customer data, ensuring customer retention, and optimizing the overall customer experience. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work located in Hyderabad and some flexibility for remote work.
