Graduate Analyst - International Valuations

Role and Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain complex financial models to support the valuation of private companies and share options, warrants, and other derivative instruments- Conduct various valuation methodologies such as OPM Back-solve, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Black Scholes Merton (BSM) and other methodologies- Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders- Address audit inquiries and provide documentation that supports valuation methodologies and assumptions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate management reporting

Qualifications:

- Legally authorised to work in India without requiring a work visa sponsorship- Relocation to Pune, Bangalore or Hyderabad required- Excellent academic grades with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university- Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) will be a plus- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
