Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities

- As an Equity Research Analyst at MoneyWorks4me.com, your role will be central to our mission of delivering value to investors.

- You will have the opportunity to engage in diverse responsibilities that require critical thinking, analytical rigor, and creativity.

Key Recommendations:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to make well-informed investment recommendations.

- Evaluate companies based on earnings, valuation, and industry models to identify investment opportunities.

Report Writing:

- Prepare comprehensive analyst notes and reports focused on specific companies or sectors.

- Present complex financial data and insights in a clear and concise manner for both internal and external stakeholders.

Content Creation:

- Write engaging and informative articles on investment-related topics.

- Develop content and conduct webinars to educate and engage with retail investors.

Client Interaction:

- Address queries from internal teams and external clients regarding market trends, specific investments, or sectors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- We are looking for individuals who bring a blend of academic excellence, strong analytical skills, and a deep passion for equities.

Qualifications: MBA in Finance, CA or CFA (completed or pursuing). Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Skills and Competencies:

- Superior analytical, reasoning, and logical skills.

- Strong knowledge of valuation methods and financial modelling.

- A thorough understanding of business models, key performance drivers, and industry-specific competitive advantages.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex ideas effectively.

- Familiarity with the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is an added advantage.

- Experience with Ace Equity or similar financial databases is beneficial.

- Avid reader with a keen interest in staying updated on market trends and industry developments.

Work Location and Compensation:

Location: Baner, Pune (Full-time, in-office position).

Compensation: Competitive salary aligned with industry standards and based on experience. Salary range Rs. 5-12 lacs based on experience.
