About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects independently, drive regulatory and strategic change initiatives, and develop relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the business's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

Create value for the organization by leading complex projects independentlyOwn project design and delivery from building the case to delivering outcomesDevelop relationships with key stakeholders and navigate the organization effectivelyBring diverse perspectives to explore solutions for stakeholdersExplore trends and innovative ideas to positively impact the divisionContribute to building capabilities for efficient project managementEnsure standardization in project/change management practicesHost Steering Committee meetings and drive discussions/decisionsCollaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for project delivery improvementPrepare project reports and updates

Qualifications:

Experience in project and programme managementKnowledge of Finance domains such as Treasury, Liquidity, Capital, etc.Experience in managing Front Office to Back Office architecture overhaul projectsUnderstanding of financial products like Derivatives, Bonds, Loans, EquityAbility to operate in agile and waterfall project methodologiesProblem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office products and other relevant toolsExcellent communication, organization, and documentation skillsExperience in managing stakeholder relationshipsProficiency in data analysis and BI solutionsAbility to tackle complex assignments and manage multiple stakeholdersAbility to grow and develop team members
