About the Role: The Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects independently, drive regulatory and strategic change initiatives, and develop relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the business's strategic goals.



Responsibilities:



  • Create value for the organization by leading complex projects independently
  • Own project design and delivery from building the case to delivering outcomes
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and navigate the organization effectively
  • Bring diverse perspectives to explore solutions for stakeholders
  • Explore trends and innovative ideas to positively impact the division
  • Contribute to building capabilities for efficient project management
  • Ensure standardization in project/change management practices
  • Host Steering Committee meetings and drive discussions/decisions
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for project delivery improvement
  • Prepare project reports and updates


Qualifications:



  • Experience in project and programme management
  • Knowledge of Finance domains such as Treasury, Liquidity, Capital, etc.
  • Experience in managing Front Office to Back Office architecture overhaul projects
  • Understanding of financial products like Derivatives, Bonds, Loans, Equity
  • Ability to operate in agile and waterfall project methodologies
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in data analysis and BI solutions
  • Ability to tackle complex assignments and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to grow and develop team members
