We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager UCV Finance to drive sales and business growth in the Used Commercial Vehicle (UCV) Finance segment. The role involves managing a sales team, building strong dealer/DSA relationships, and achieving disbursement and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activities for Used Commercial Vehicle (UCV) finance in the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve disbursement, cross-sell, and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, and channel partners.
  • Drive customer acquisition, loan sourcing, and market penetration.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and portfolio quality.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory norms.
  • Provide regular MIS and performance updates to senior management.
