This full-time, on-site position is essential for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client requirements and present tailored commercial real estate solutions.Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.This is a leadership role focused on team management.Key Responsibilities:● Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative andhigh-performance environment.● Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needsand deliver customized solutions.● Client Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to gain a deepunderstanding of their needs and requirements.● Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide insights to drive continuousimprovement.● Leadership Opportunities: In this role, you will also manage a team, providing mentorship andleadership that fosters professional growth and drives collective success. This is a chance to shapethe team’s approach to sales and client engagement, creating a dynamic work environmentfocused on results.● Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategiesthat align with market trends and client demands.● Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close transactions, ensuring sales goals are met whilemaintaining high client satisfaction.● Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify andcapitalize on new business opportunities.Qualifications:● Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, preferable in Commercial Real Estate leasing.● Strong leadership and team management skills.● Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.● Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.● Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.● Excellent communication in English & Hindi.Preferred Candidate Profile:● Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.● Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales.● Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.● Market Insight: Familiarity with the Hyderabad commercial real estate market is a plus.● Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.● Self Sales has to be done at least for 3 years for a Manager Position.Compensation & Benefits:● Competitive salary based on experience● Travel allowances and Attractive Incentives● Medical Insurance● Paid sick leaves● All Sunday's Fixed off, alternate Saturdays off (2nd & 4th Saturday)● Career growth opportunities.
