Job Title: Senior Manager – Digital Marketing (Outreach Focus)

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Shift: Night Shift (12:00 PM to 09:00 PM)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Outreach Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and lead comprehensive outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks, mentions, and placements on authoritative websites.

Digital PR & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry publications, and digital content creators.
  • Create press releases, media kits, and personalized pitches to secure features, interviews, and mentions.
  • Monitor industry trends and news cycles to identify real-time PR opportunities.

SEO & Content Collaboration:

  • Partner with SEO and Content teams to identify link-building priorities and align outreach campaigns with search objectives.
  • Ensure outreach efforts support long-term SEO strategies by focusing on domain authority, topical relevance, and natural link profiles.
  • Work with content writers to co-create outreach-friendly content (guest posts, expert roundups, data reports, etc.).

Campaign Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs including backlinks earned, domain authority improvements, referral traffic, and outreach conversion rates.
  • Leverage tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzSumo, and Pitchbox (or similar) to monitor performance and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Present campaign outcomes to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, journalists, and webmasters for content collaboration and promotional opportunities.
  • Design and execute scalable outreach campaigns to promote owned content, thought leadership, and product launches.
