Job Description You will be trained to setup, program & operate sophisticated audio visual equipment such as video projectors, LED displays, media servers, etc, at events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches and other as such. We are a small organisation and you will report to the senior management for daily allocation of duties and assignment. Initially you will be assigned to a team during your apprenticeship, and In time you will be expected to lead a team of your own typically comprising of 4-8 members. You will find yourself traveling extensively and will soon know flight schedules of most airlines like the back of your hand. In due time you will need a passport and you will find yourself carrying out assignments on foreign shores as well. We encourage you and reward you for shouldering responsibilities, exhibiting a sense of initiative and displaying responsible leadership. Desired Candidate Profile You are self-driven, disciplined and motivated to relentlessly pursue excellence. You have logical thinking skills and a technical bent of mind. You are proficient and comfortable with English as a primary language and are confident of being the face of the company with it's clients. You must be very comfortable with computers and while knowledge of programming languages is not a must, networking skills will certainly be an asset. The ability to work to specified deadlines, a cool head that enables you to work under pressure consistently and with focus and the ability to adapt in light of unforeseen developments are winning traits that will certainly take you far.
