Business Development Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Business Developer to expand our client base, generate leads, and drive revenue growth in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and secure new business opportunities by reaching out to developers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction industry. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective business strategies. Tender & Bidding Management: Identify relevant tenders, prepare proposals, and coordinate the bidding process to secure projects. Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and partnerships. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure client requirements are met. Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth.Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum (3) years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction services, materials, and project execution. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
