About the Role
Service Introduction Lead – IT Governance, is a key member of Digital Platform Architecture team and will be responsible for:
Establishing and managing the strategic, operational, and technical decision-making process required for new service introduction and adoption. Evaluate project proposals for new applications / services to determine the fitment according to the needs of enterprise roadmap, infrastructure and information-security benchmark, and operational sustainability. Continuous enhancement of IT Portfolio Management systems by working closely with application owners to ensure up-to-date information is maintained in the systemKey Responsibilities Service Introduction Lead – IT Governance will:
Having the responsibility for managing the processes and procedures related to Service Introduction. Assess project proposals for new applications/services in TMF Group to determine if there are already existing capabilities that can fulfil the expressed needs. Collaborate with various technology teams such as Information Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and Support to ensure the proposed solution is a good fit. Facilitate seamless collaboration between projects and stakeholders by employing robust stakeholder management and project management abilities. Assist in completing sign-off activities prior to the transition of new and modified services into Operations. Ensure the correct process and governance is followed by collaborating with project and program teams.Key Requirements
E2E Service Management Lifecycle - ITIL Foundation or knowledge and experience on ITIL framework Collaboration : Should be able to work effectively with various stakeholders – project owners, project sponsors, service vendors, infrastructure, and information security leads. PMP or Prince 2 Certification is a plus. Problem-Solving : Should be able to identify challenges or obstacles in the analysis process and come up with creative solutions to overcome them. Six Sigma or Lean Management is a plus. Attention to Detail : Must have a keen eye for detail. He / she should be able to identify subtle nuances and patterns in the text that may contribute to the overall analysis. Communication Skills : Effective communication is crucial for a Service Introduction Lead. They should be able to clearly articulate their analysis and findings to others, including stakeholders and team members. Relationship Building : Should be able to develop and maintain relationships with the Business and Technical Operations teams, Information security, and Product & Project managers.
