MSB aims to prepare future leaders to navigate emerging markets and unpredictable challenges through a balanced approach of individual attention, academic rigor, and experiential learning.Job RoleTo strengthen our admissions; student engagement team, we are looking for a dedicatedCounsellor to join us at our Mysore campus.Location: MYRA School of Business, MysoreKey Responsibilities- Handle student enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and provide accurate information about our MBA/PGDM programs.- Guide prospective students through the admission process with empathy and professionalism.- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and applicants to ensure smooth conversion.- Counsel students on career opportunities, program benefits, and institute strengths.- Support admission events, seminars, and outreach activities as required.- Maintain student databases, enquiry logs, and reports.Desired Candidate Profile- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).- 0–1 year of experience in counselling/admissions/academic support (freshers welcome).- Strong communication (English, Kannada, and Hindi) and interpersonal skills.- Passion for guiding students and helping them make informed career choices.- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.What We Offer- A professional and supportive work environment.- Opportunity to grow within the education management/admissions field.- Exposure to student engagement and higher education operations.
