Job Role To strengthen our admissions; student engagement team, we are looking for a dedicated Counsellor to join us at our Mysore campus. Location: MYRA School of Business, Mysore Key Responsibilities Handle student enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and provide accurate information about our MBA/PGDM programs. Guide prospective students through the admission process with empathy and professionalism. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and applicants to ensure smooth conversion. Counsel students on career opportunities, program benefits, and institute strengths. Support admission events, seminars, and outreach activities as required. Maintain student databases, enquiry logs, and reports. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline). 0–1 year of experience in counselling/admissions/academic support (freshers welcome). Strong communication (English, Kannada, and Hindi) and interpersonal skills. Passion for guiding students and helping them make informed career choices.
