Job Role To strengthen our admissions; student engagement team, we are looking for a dedicated Counsellor to join us at our Mysore campus. Location: MYRA School of Business, Mysore Key Responsibilities - Handle student enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and provide accurate information about our MBA/PGDM programs. - Guide prospective students through the admission process with empathy and professionalism. - Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and applicants to ensure smooth conversion. - Counsel students on career opportunities, program benefits, and institute strengths. - Support admission events, seminars, and outreach activities as required. - Maintain student databases, enquiry logs, and reports. Desired Candidate Profile - Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline). - 0–1 year of experience in counselling/admissions/academic support (freshers welcome). - Strong communication (English, Kannada, and Hindi) and interpersonal skills. - Passion for guiding students and helping them make informed career choices. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
