Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Project Manager to oversee and manage AI-driven projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and exceptional communication skills. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and optimizing project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering the AI projects.

Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, GenAI and should be able to assist in code reviews and validation. Should be able to communicate between data scientists, ML engineers, and

Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their requirements are met through effective communication and relationship management.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained in all deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, status updates, and post-project analysis.

Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies, and continually seek ways to improve project processes and outcomes.


Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing AI or technology projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
