Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-reservation support to customers, ensuring smooth vehicle pickup experiences, and resolving any queries or issues that may arise during the rental process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide for customer support & query resolution.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers after reservation confirmation.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns related to vehicle pickup, documentation, and rental processes.
- Guide customers through the vehicle inspection and handover process.
- Troubleshoot issues related to reservations, payments, and vehicle availability.
- Follow up on customer complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate with different departments (Operations, Finance, Sales) for seamless service delivery
- Maintain knowledge of current policies, procedures, and promotional offers
