ResponsibilitiesClient Point of Contact: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of their evolving needs.Creative Briefs amp; De-briefs: Skillfully craft creative briefs, meticulously document meeting minutes, and lead comprehensive de-brief sessions with the internal team for streamlined project execution.Presentation Excellence: Conduct in-person client meetings, research, and prepare compelling presentations and reports that showcase innovative solutions aligned with client goals.Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry and competitor trends through thorough research, applying best practices to elevate client portfolios and ensure cutting-edge solutions.Holistic Client Understanding: Grasp client goals and creative requirements across diverse domains including Branding, Packaging, UI/UX Design, Social Media, Content Development, Web Development, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing.Strategic Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, playing a crucial role in driving strategy, development, and successful project delivery.Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the client portfolio, driving revenue through strategic upselling initiatives.Industry Expertise: Stay current on emerging online trends and best practices within the Creative and Digital Industry, bringing valuable insights to client projects.Project Profitability: Ensure the profitability of all projects, managing timelines effectively, and meeting project milestones.Financial Management: Keep a meticulous track of payment milestones for all projects, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.Brainstorming Brilliance: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team, contributing to the development of impactful campaigns.
Qualifications
Proven experience in client servicing within the creative and digital industry.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team.
