Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. In this entry-level role, you will support the HR department in executing various operational tasks and ensuring the smooth running of HR processes. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for HR, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow within the HR field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and managing HR databases.
  • Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Employee Queries: Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  • HR Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employment contracts, change requests, and compliance forms.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain HR reports and spreadsheets as requested, including attendance records, recruitment metrics, and training logs.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3years of experience into HR Operations
  • Skills: MIS Report/ Documentation/Onboarding
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Who We Are:

Stone Shippers Ltd is a 38+year old manufacturing company with 3 factories at Kota

(Rajasthan), 2 factories at Betamcherla (Andhra Pradesh), and a Head Office at

Nariman Point, Mumbai.

We manufacture sandstone and limestone flooring, which are exported to the garden landscaping industry through distributors and chain stores.

Stone Shippers directly supplies civic/commercial and bespoke high-end projects as well. The company is fast-growing and supplies Indian stones of the highest quality to international markets like the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany and Japan. A high-technology and employee-centric company with 240 employees.

Stone Shippers is ably supported by an experienced management team, with commercial heads at Mumbai and plant heads at the factory locations.

9.00am to 2.00pm Saturday (WFH)
