Role:

We are seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep functional payroll knowledge and a knack for technology to assist clients with the setup and integration of our payroll product. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Indian payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Location: Hyderabad (In-Office)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead payroll software implementation projects.

2. Analyze client payroll needs and configure the system accordingly.

3. Provide training to clients on how to use the software.

4. Test the product to ensure it meets client specifications.

5. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams.

6. Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

7. Stay updated with payroll regulations and ensure product compliance.

8. Provide feedback to the product development team for enhancements.

9. Ensure compliance with Indian payroll legislation including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Income Tax (TDS).

10. Assist clients with setup and management of Form 16, Form 24Q, and other statutory filings.

11. Stay informed on updates to labor laws, minimum wage changes, gratuity, and bonus calculations in India.

12. Implement payroll systems that align with Indian payroll cycles, statutory deductions, and reimbursements.

13. Integrate and manage flexi benefits plans, including meal vouchers, fuel reimbursements, medical allowances, and leave travel allowances (LTA).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.

2. 5 years of experience in a similar role.

3. In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll legislation and compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.

4. Strong IT skills and familiarity with payroll software.

5. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

6. Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Experience with statutory forms and filings such as Form 16, Form 24Q, and other payroll-related documentation.

9. Understanding of labor laws, minimum wages, gratuity, and bonus calculations specific to India.

10. Experience in conducting payroll audits to ensure compliance with Indian laws.

11. Knowledge of integrating and managing flexi benefits plans, including meal vouchers, fuel reimbursements, medical allowances, and LTA.
