Role and Responsibilities :

SAP APAC Payroll Configuration : Configure SAP Payroll for gross payroll, net payroll, tax reporting, and time modules, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business requirements.

Implementation Experience : Lead or participate in at least 3 end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations, demonstrating a strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle.

ESS/MSS and HRSP Knowledge : Possess a deep understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and HR Service Provider (HRSP) modules within SAP HCM.

Payroll Process Expertise : Develop and execute payroll functions and operations, including payroll calculation, tax reporting, and payment processing.

Custom Operations and Rules : Create and define custom operations and rules within SAP Payroll to address specific business requirements.

Parallel Payroll Testing : Execute parallel payroll testing for at least 2-5 years, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of payroll calculations.

Compliance Reporting : Possess extensive experience in compliance reporting for multiple countries, demonstrating a deep understanding of local regulations and reporting requirements.

Communication Skills : Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to interact with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

Required Qualifications :

- 6-9 years of experience in SAP APAC Payroll.

- Preferred experience in the Australian public sector.

- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation experiences.

- Strong knowledge of ESS/MSS, HRSP, and time modules within SAP HCM.

- Expertise in SAP Payroll configuration for gross payroll, net payroll, tax reporting, and time modules.

- Experience in SAP Time Module configuration and implementation.

- Experience in SAP HCM configuration, schema development, and writing PCRs.

- Proven ability to develop payroll functions and operations.

- Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules.

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience executing parallel payroll testing.

- Extensive experience in compliance reporting for multiple countries.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
