Role: Head of Portfolio Management (Contact Centre)

Location: Pune (Aundh) - Work From Office

Experience Range:

10+ years in handling a Tele Collections process in a contact centre.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the end-to-end collections process for the unsecured lending business, particularly in Credit Card collections, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive BKT-level resolution, roll-back, and normalization targets, including strategic capacity planning to optimize performance
  • Lead dialer management strategies to maximize team productivity and efficiency in collections operations.
  • Provide effective leadership and management to a team of Channel Managers, Team Leaders (TLs), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring team alignment with business objectives and managing attrition levels within acceptable limits.
  • Oversee performance management and team development initiatives, fostering growth and accountability within the team.
  • Ensure efficient handling of customer queries and complaints, with robust redressal mechanisms to maintain high service standards.

What you require to have:

  • Any Graduation/ Post graduation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective stakeholder and vendor management
  • Problem-solving with hands-on experience in managing key channels/locations
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
  • Process-oriented with attention to operational efficiency
  • In-depth knowledge of digital repayments journey
  • Solid understanding of audit and compliance requirements
