Job Title: Sales Manager – Corporate Gifting
Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata
Department: Corporate Gifting
Reports to: Head of Corporate Gifting
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – Corporate Gifting to drive revenue growth in the corporate gifting segment. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in the corporate gifting space.
Key Responsibilities :
1)Business Development :
Identify and target potential corporate clients across industries for gifting solutions.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
2)Client Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable gifting solutions from the Wonderchef portfolio.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3)Sales Planning & Strategy :
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the corporate gifting vertical.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized promotional materials and offers for clients.
Identify emerging trends in corporate gifting and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
4)Proposal Development & Negotiation :
Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
5)Coordination with Internal Teams :
Collaborate with the product, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely deliveries.
6)Market Research & Insights :
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client preferences in the corporate gifting space.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for new product development or promotional campaigns.
7)Reporting & Analysis :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance.
Prepare regular sales reports and present performance metrics to the Regional Sales Head.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of corporate gifting and B2B sales processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients across regions.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analysis.
Educational Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience : 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on corporate gifting or B2B sales.
