Job Title: Client Associate ( Sales )

Location: Gachibowli, Vasavi Sky City, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time/Night shift

Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Overview: We seek a proactive Client Associate to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and ensure a steady flow of role requirements for our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Regularly engage with clients to gather job requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate additional hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with available resources and ensure efficient recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in client relations, account management, or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
