  • Assist in advancingcampuswide asset management solution
  • Facilitatethe use of asset management systems to track all hardware andsoftware assets and relationships
  • Maintaindetailed records and document all changes using changemanagement
  • Participate in systemwide andcampuswide software groups
  • Technical knowledgeof server application database network and storage systems toassociate system attributes into the ServiceNowPlatform
  • Design development and implementationof automated processes for populating CMDB and HAM/SAMmodules
  • Manage asset data such as hardwareserial numbers for the configuration management database(CMDB/ITAM) and ensure information is uptodate accurate andauditable.
  • Establish and monitor processes toassign and track end user computingassets.
  • Manage and track of software licenseassigned to end users reviewing and managing IT resource volume andexpenditures against purchaseagreements.
  • Strong experience inIntegrations with 3rd party tools using (web services SOAP/RESTemail MIDetc).
  • Experience inloading data into SNOW from third party system using Web Servicesand ImportSets.
  • Should haveexperience at UI Scripting UI Action UI Policy UI Macro BusinessRules Workflow development servicenow admin Reporting in ServiceNowSQL Database view inServiceNow
  • Knowledgeof technical components such as LDAP VPN SSL SAML/SSO and otherwidespread enterprisetechnologies
  • Should beable to create technical documentation for reference andreporting
  • HandsOnexperience on MID ServerIntegrations
  • Implementationexperience in ServiceNow Discovery & ITAMmodules
  • Handsonexperience in hardware/ software assetreconciliation
  • Experiencein installing HAM/SAMModules
