About the Role :
As the Global SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organic growth strategy for our Global Enterprise HR Tech solution. This position requires a deep understanding of search engine optimization, content strategy, and technical SEO to enhance our online visibility and drive qualified traffic. This is an individual contributor role.
What You Will Do:
● Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring sustainable organic growth.
● Content Optimization: Optimise on-page content and copy including landing pages, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and resonates with our target audience.
● Technical SEO: Optimise website architecture, and performance, and ensure compliance with search engine algorithms.
● Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
● Link Building: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings.
● Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics & track competition to provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of the business.
● Budget Adherence: Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
What We Are Looking For:
● Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in an SEO Specialist role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or HR Tech industry.
● Strong technical SEO skills, including experience with website audits, schema markup, and understanding of search engine algorithms.
● Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
● Self-driven professional who will take initiative and deliver results.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, ranking factors, and emerging SEO technologies to ensure a competitive edge.
● In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Semrush, Crazy egg, Hotjar, AHREF, etc.). Omniture, or Comscore is an added advantage.
● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Measures of Success:
● Organic Traffic Growth: Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual targets for organic traffic growth.
● Keyword Ranking: Improve and maintain top rankings for key industry-relevant keywords.
● Conversion Rate: Optimise website content and user journeys to improve conversion rates including qualified form fills from organic traffic.
● Link Building Success: Build a robust backlink profile, increasing domain authority and search visibility.
● Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
