Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0 support.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one core module (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or WM).
  • Good understanding of integration across SAP modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities of SAP Consultants:

  • Handle end-to-end SAP ECC 6.0 configuration, and support.
  • Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and provide solutions in relevant SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, etc. as per requirement).
  • Work on system enhancements, upgrades, and patch applications.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support day-to-day business operations by resolving incidents and service requests.
  • Provide user training and documentation for processes and system changes.
  • Coordinate with ABAP team for custom developments.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities of IT Consultant :

  • Assess client IT systems and processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
  • Provide consultancy on IT infrastructure, software, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Plan and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in ERP, CRM, and other enterprise application implementation.
  • Perform system audits and recommend optimization solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT solutions and support.
  • Train users on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure IT compliance, data security, and business continuity planning.
