Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect
Location: Chennai
Experience: 6–8 years
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented In-house Interior Designer / Architect to join our leading real estate firm in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent material knowledge, and the ability to produce high-quality 3D renders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renders.
- Collaborate with project, sales, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Stay updated with current design trends and market innovations.
- Ensure timely delivery of designs in line with project schedules.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of proven experience in interior design/architecture.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and creativity.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and market vendors.
- Strong visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
