About the Role
Redwood is seeking a School Outreach Manager to join our expanding team. This role is vital to our outreach efforts, championing lead generation, conducting market research, driving new initiatives, managing proposals, and significantly contributing to Redwood's business development. The candidate will collaborate closely with the program design and marketing teams to ensure overall success. We’re looking for someone well-networked with international schools, passionate about student outcomes, and eager to build early-stage brands.
Roles & Responsibilities
Regional Strategy
- Forecast, measure, and report sales efforts.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and past clients for referrals.
- Organize and implement outreach programs and events.
- Plan and execute GTM strategies for educational hubs.
Market Research
- Conduct extensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide insights to refine outreach strategies and position Redwood as an educational innovator.
- Convert inquiries into meaningful collaborations aligning with schools' needs.
New Partnerships
- Onboard new schools, ensuring program alignment with their requirements.
- Pitch services through lead follow-ups and outbound efforts.
- Identify and evaluate potential academic and extracurricular partners.
- Develop pitch presentations and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Create a systematic approach to partner outreach and management.
Relationship Management
- Maintain retention rates >95% with school partners.
- Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy to engage the educational community and amplify Redwood's brand.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (BD/Outreach); exposure to IB/CIE schools preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and manage sales strategies.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic planning, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and remote collaboration tools.
- Comfortable with travel for meetings.
