The CareStack Implementation Team has the responsibility of onboarding new Prospects into the CareStack System. This involves handling data from the customer’s legacy systems, which can be stored in various types of datastores. The team is tasked with extracting, transforming, and loading this data into CareStack datastores using automation systems. Roles and Responsibilities • Very good technical understanding of Database(s) to query and analyze data. • Very good understanding of DDL (Data Definition Language) • Should be well versed in customer communication. • Defining and communicating a clear product implementation strategy aligned with business goals. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan and execute your business goals. This includes product team, implementation team, support team and customer’s technical and non-technical team members. • Continuously learn the evolving product features and get ready to present to customers. • Ability to support customers by listening, understand their problem and carve out solutions. • Identify product gaps when you get a chance to compare other competing products and inform the Product team to evaluate and add to their backlog. • Be ready to learn and build a very good understanding of Imaging devices out there in the market. Their configurations, technical knowhow to solve issues related to devices. • Build a very good understanding of the billing cycle for the services provided. • Collaborating with developers to ensure the right technical knowledge that will help you in day- day work. • Build custom solutions for Data conversions as and when required • Build support metrics and add meaningful findings to refine/rebuild our processes and systems involved • Be thoughtful of automation as much as possible and submit ideas to Product teams to smoothen the Implementation overheads. • Collaborating with quality assurance teams to understand different flows of the product. • Solid grasp of CareStack's data stores which are associated with Imaging modules. • Proficient comprehension of rival Imaging systems data stores for informed decision-making. • Analytical skills to comprehend the implementation process and convert manual tasks into automation solutions. • Good analytical skills to analyze Data Conversion issues and be ready to build custom technical solutions (as and when required) • Build a cohesive work environment with your peers, mentors and higher ups to work and learn together and achieve your professional goals
