Employee Engagement: Deepen employee connect via townhalls, branch visits, EORO, and AID calls.

HR Operations: Ensure policy adherence and manage HR BAU activities including grievances, transfers, and compliance.

Recruitment Effectiveness: Drive >80% hiring closure as per SOP; ensure quality hiring and cost efficiency.

Special Projects: Achieve ESAT score ≥80% through targeted engagement initiatives.
