Roles and Rsponsibilities
Execute Tax Client Service Team's (CST) deliverables through effective delegation. Supervise and closely review service delivery, processes, and controls with the objective to ensure seamless support to CST Drive CST satisfaction scores Identification of ways to improve CST's productivity and Account mining Internal and external stakeholder management (example-solving for ambiguous situations between CST and Analysts, conflict, and escalation management) Awareness of Tax SBU's service offerings and collaboration with respective service lines Ensure team is updated on information about changes in tax rules,schemes and policy Service delivery
Delivering high quality work to CST in light of changing regulatory environment Governance and MIS
Maintaining and reviewing of all operational and people metrics with PLs/Management regularly Adhere to operational excellence norms on tickets Time booking under appropriate client charge codes by team Productivity Improvement
Maintaing optimal SLA and improving it regularly Innovation- Suggest and implement Qualifications
Qualified CA /Graduate with 2-3 years of Eperince in Transfer Pricing Strong analytical ability Excellent communication and presentation skills Client relationship management Equal employment opportunity information
