Regional Sales Head – Karnataka

About the Role:

Lead regional sales for our EdTech solutions in Karnataka—own the pipeline, close deals, and grow key partnerships with colleges, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and meet monthly/quarterly targets across Karnataka
  • Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close new business
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships
  • Track market trends and competitor moves
  • Coordinate with marketing/operations for smooth delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred); MBA is a plus
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience (EdTech/IT/Training preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting targets; CRM familiarity is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the region

Languages:

  • English – Fluency
  • Kannada – Fluency (mandatory)
  • Hindi – Working proficiency/Fluency
