About the Role:
Lead regional sales for our EdTech solutions in Karnataka—own the pipeline, close deals, and grow key partnerships with colleges, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and meet monthly/quarterly targets across Karnataka
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close new business
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Track market trends and competitor moves
- Coordinate with marketing/operations for smooth delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred); MBA is a plus
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience (EdTech/IT/Training preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets; CRM familiarity is a plus
- Ability to work independently and travel within the region
Languages:
- English – Fluency
- Kannada – Fluency (mandatory)
- Hindi – Working proficiency/Fluency
