We are hiring for textile mill in surat for the position of Fabric QC Head.

  • Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
  • Review customer requirements and making sure they are met.
  • Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
  • Set standards for quality as well as health and safety;
  • Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards;
  • Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency;
  • Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
  • Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures;
  • Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
  • Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them;
  • Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business;
  • Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors;
  • Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identify critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitor procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures;
  • Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; document evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; write and update quality assurance procedures.
  • Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborate with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
  • Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
  • Have knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and applications for quality.
  • Be responsible for company audits in regards of QA/QC department.
  • Other jobs as required by the Management of Company.
