Ensuring the quality of fabric materials produced or procured by the company. They will oversee the quality control processes from raw material inspection to finished product evaluation. This role involves working closely with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Reporting : Plant General Manager & Director**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Inspection**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, including grey fabric, dyed fabric to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect finished fabric rolls for defects, consistency, color accuracy, and other quality attributes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of quality inspection results, including test reports, defect analysis, and corrective actions taken.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management, highlighting areas of improvement and potential risks.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- **Supplier Management**:

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to establish quality requirements and expectations for Fabric and required job work.
- Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations to assess their ability to meet quality standards and specifications.
- Work with procurement teams to resolve quality issues with Jobwork Providers.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures, product specifications, and quality awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to têxtile fabric quality control.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field with leadership ability.
- Proven experience in quality control/assurance within the têxtile industry, preferably in fabric & yarn
- Strong knowledge of têxtile production processes, fabric testing methods, and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
