**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA/QC Manager with a background in furniture or related industry manufacturing company. This role involves leading quality assurance and control operations, supervising the QA/QC team, and ensuring compliance with ISO and client-specific standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inspection & Testing**:
2. Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure design and safety compliance.

**3. Documentation**

4. Maintain accurate records of quality checks, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

**5. Process Monitoring**

6. Observe production workflows, identify deviations, and recommend improvements.

**7. Compliance**

8. Ensure adherence to ISO standards and internal quality protocols.

**9. Reporting**:
10. Share quality metrics with CEO/Management and provide actionable feedback to production teams.

**11. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
12. Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

**Qualifications**:
1-Bachelor’s degree /Diploma /ITI in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management

2- Proven experience in QA/QC within the furniture manufacturing or related industry

3-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4-Proficiency in QA/QC tools and software

5-Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

6-Attention to detail and precision in execution

7-Team leadership and management capabilities

8-Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

9-Familiarity with ISO quality management systems (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
