**Job Overview**:
The QA/QC Manager will oversee all quality control processes for footwear production, ensuring compliance with standards and timely shipments. The role includes managing inspections, implementing corrective actions, and driving improvements in product quality across all stages of production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a **QC system** for footwear manufacturing.
- Oversee **Incoming Quality Control (IQC)**, **full shoe manufacturing**, and **final product inspections** (Random, DUPRO, Inline, Pre-shipment).
- Ensure all products meet quality standards for **color, material, and accessories**.
- Conduct **corrective actions** and **preventive measures** based on quality data and customer feedback.
- **Train and manage QC team**; establish a **Super QC team** to monitor quality.
- Collaborate with **clients** (e.g., Adidas, Puma, Reebok) and **third-party inspectors** for quality audits.
- Monitor and improve the **new product development process** and production efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **5-7 years** experience in **footwear quality assurance**.
- Strong knowledge of **footwear manufacturing processes**, **AQL**, and **product inspection**.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to **train and manage a QC team**.
- Experience working with brands like **Adidas**, **Puma**, **Skechers**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
