**QC Executive**

Ø **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to ensure product or service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and compliance documentation.
- Generate reports on quality performance and trends.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Identify and investigate product or service defects or deviations from standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Provide training to staff involved in quality control activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes and disseminate relevant information to the team.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve quality control processes.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) methods and tools, if applicable.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections or audits.
- Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials and components received from suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and improve supplier performance.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product or service quality.
- Investigate complaints, implement corrective actions, and communicate with customers as necessary.

Ø **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, engineering, science).
- Previous experience in quality control or a related role.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical analysis and quality software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
