**Position: QC Inspector**
**Experience : Minimum 2 year**
**Location :Surat, Ahmedabad, Baroda**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welding and Fabrication Inspection**:

- Inspect welded and fabricated materials, components, and structures in accordance with relevant codes and specifications (e.g., ASME Section V and IX, ASME B31.3, API 1104, AWS D1.1).
- Ensure that welding processes meet the required standards and specifications during fabrication and construction.
- Perform dimensional checks on fabricated parts to ensure accuracy and conformity to engineering drawings.
- **Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)**:

- Conduct NDT inspections, including Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
- Record and report NDT results, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- **Inspection and Documentation**:

- Document inspection results, including deviations or non-conformances, and communicate these findings to the relevant teams.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports, certificates, and records in line with ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements.
- Monitor quality control activities during construction or fabrication and ensure any issues are identified and resolved.
- **Quality Control Procedures**:

- Perform quality checks and tests at various stages of production or construction to ensure that all processes and final products comply with required specifications and codes.
- Conduct inspections and evaluations in line with established quality management procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements.
- **Compliance with Industry Standards and Codes**:

- Ensure that all welding and fabrication work complies with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, AWS).
- Stay up to date with revisions and changes to relevant codes and standards that impact inspection activities.
- **Inspection Equipment Usage**:

- Operate and maintain both traditional and advanced inspection equipment.
- Calibrate and verify the accuracy of inspection tools and equipment.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Communicate inspection findings to supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to address quality concerns and corrective actions.
- Provide support for audits and inspections by external parties, as required.
- **Travel and Site Inspections**:

- Perform inspections at various project sites and travel to customer locations or construction sites (approximately 60% of the time).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
