Job Description for KAM of MT -
Planning and Developing Merchandising Strategies: You will be responsible for creating effective merchandising strategies and business development plans in collaboration with retailers. This involves understanding market trends, analyzing sales figures, and anticipating product needs to plan product ranges and stock.
Inventory Management and Debtors: You will oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts or excess inventory. Additionally, you will monitor debtors and ensure timely collection of payments.
BTL and In-Store Execution Planning: You will be involved in below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities and planning in-store executions to drive sales. This includes developing promotional campaigns, coordinating with retailers, and ensuring proper execution.
Sales Analysis and Forecasting: You will analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to forecast sales and plan budgets. This analysis will help you make informed decisions regarding markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clearance sales.
New Store Rollouts and Merchandise Planning: You will play a crucial role in new store rollouts, working closely with the merchandising team to plan and execute the merchandise setup. This involves identifying merchandise gaps and implementing strategies to bridge those gaps effectively.
Stock Planning and Placement: You will implement the pull and push method in stock planning and placement to maximize sales. This includes monitoring and taking action on slow-moving products, laggards, and top sellers to ensure optimal stock rotation.
Customer Relationship Management and Channel Partner Collaboration: Building constructive relationships with customers and collaborating with channel partners are essential aspects of the role. You will work closely with key accounts to understand their needs, build pipelines, and close deals.
Experience: 5- 7 years
Preferred Industries: Home Appliances, Consumer appliances, Homeware, Home Furnishing, Durable and Food retailer (Reliance, metro)
Preferred companies: Prestige, Hawkins, Preethi, Philips, Maharaja, Butterfly, Bajaj, Crompton, Usha, Havells, Milton, Borosil , Portico, Bianca.
