Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Ruby On Rails Developer to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of a hybrid or remote work environment, based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai. The candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years up to a maximum of 15 years of relevant work experience, and will be responsible for developing robust applications and working collaboratively within a developmental team. Qualifications and Skills The candidate must have a comprehensive proficiency in HTML5 (Mandatory skill). Experience in working with Ruby on Rails, providing an ability to create high-quality, scalable solutions efficiently. Solid understanding of React.js to build visually appealing and responsive front-end applications. Competent in developing and integrating REST APIs to enhance application functionality. Knowledge of AWS platforms to efficiently deploy applications and manage cloud resources. Experience with Docker for containerization, improving application development and delivery processes. Proficient in CSS3 to ensure applications are visually impressive and functionally polished. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows and facilitate continuous improvements. Roles and Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features on time and within budget. Implement robust set of services and APIs to power web applications. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Review, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications, employing best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
