Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and manage quality code in Ruby (Front End and Back End). To be a successful Ruby on Rails Developer in our company, you should possess outstanding knowledge of Ruby programming and write efficient code. If you are an experienced programmer and enjoy creating solutions to complex problems in Ruby, this job is for you.

Ruby On Rails Responsibilities

  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following the best coding practices.
  • Design and build high-availability, low-latency, and highly performant-software applications.
  • Integrate databases and other data storage solutions with the application.
  • Ensure the front-end elements are in sync with the server-side logic and integrate the same with the application.
  • Test the written code for errors and bugs and ensure it meets the relevant QA standards.
  • Troubleshoot the existing application for better performance.
  • Stay updated about the latest developments in RoR and ensure the applications are updated with the same.

Ruby On Rails Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Ruby, RoR framework, and libraries.
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience on Python (Intermediate).
  • Experience on JavaScript (React / Angular) – Beginner/Intermediate.
  • Outstanding analytical and logical skills.
  • Team player with good time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
