nce.Key Responsibil

ities1. Policy and Framework Development:- Develop and implement vigilance policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.- Establish guidelines for investigating misconduct and ensuring appropriate disciplinary actions are

taken.2. Risk Assessment and Management:- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities within operational processes.- Develop and execute action plans to address identified risks and enhance internal co

ntrols.3. Investigation Oversight- Lead investigations into allegations of policy violations, fraud, and misconduct, ensuring thoroughness and objectivity.- Coordinate with legal, HR, and external agencies to handle complex cases effe

ctively.4. Monitoring and Compliance:- Monitor compliance with measures and ensure adherence to establishedpolicies.- Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of processes and make necessary impr
