A permanent full-time position located in India, New Delhi, providing strategic recruitment and marketing support in the higher education.

About the Role

The Senior Student Recruitment Manager plays a significant role in driving recruitment growth and achieving student recruitment targets in India & Sri Lanka, on behalf of our University Partnerships Europe (UPE) division. You will be responsible for leading on-the-ground recruitment activities for UPE, including, but not limited to, agent training, lead generation events, student conversion, and solving specific student, parent, and agent queries. This role requires the ability to manage a recruitment team and support a broad range of internal and external stakeholders across the region to drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement student recruitment plans in India and Sri Lanka in collaboration with college-based and in-market teams. Guide and coach junior recruitment team members
Participate in recruitment activities including, but not limited to, training, events, student conversion, information sessions, and managing inquiries/agent requests. Deliver market insight and accurate recruitment forecasts through regular and detailed reports to key stakeholders. Establish a professional working and consultative relationship with agents and students. Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all activities on the CRM. Ensure the professional execution of student recruitment activities across the whole team. Have a close working relationship with local and destination internal teams, in developing & implementing strategic objectives in the region.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Proven track record of strong sales performance Experience of leading a sales-focused team Experience in international student recruitment and familiarity with South Asian markets A strong understanding of the UK and Europe student recruitment environment High-level numeric literacy and critical thinking High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills required in business-level English, both written and speaking Ability to meet targets within defined timelines amidst changing priorities. Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required in support of recruitment activities, both locally and internationally
