Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role at Intopz Technologies. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves day-to-day activities such as prospecting and cold calling, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work based in Bengaluru but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and trends
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT staffing industry is a plus
